Manage your company sites

Assessment requests that ask for information about specific mills, manufacturing facilities, or farms, first, they need to be added to your profile. This article shows you how to manage your sites for answering assessment requests.

Add sites to your company profile

We recommend you add sites with this method. By adding sites prior to answering an assessment, you can easily select those sites when you begin answering.

1. Click the menu icon  in the top left corner.
2. Click Sites.

3. Click Create Site.

4. Add a site name and enter the location of your site in the fields provided.
5. Click Create.

Delete sites from your profile

You can remove sites from your Sites page. If you want to delete a site for which you have previously submitted responses, please contact SupplyShift support.

1. Click the menu icon  in the top left corner.
2. Click Sites.
3. Hover over the site you want to delete
4. Click the trash bin icon on the right of the highlighted site you want to delete.
5. Click Delete.

Create sites in a response

Once you have opened a request, you can choose your sites. If a site is not listed in the Answering page, you can create the site without exiting the assessment.

1. Open the assessment and review the Introduction and Assessment preview pages.
2. Click Continue.
3. Review the sites listed on the Answering page.
4. Click Create Site.

5. Enter the name and location of the site.

6. Click Create.
7. Check the box next to the site you would like to add to this request.
8. Click Continue to begin responding.

Add and remove sites from a response

You can add and remove sites after starting the assessment. Each new site added to the request has the responses preloaded for your convenience.

1. Click the name of the current site in the top bar.
2. Click on your company name.

3. Select or unselect the site's checkbox to add or remove from your response to this assessment request.

4. Click Continue once you have made your selection.

   Removing a site deletes all the answers provided for that site. You should only unselect the box if you are sure you do not want to submit answers for that site in this request.

5. Click Yes to confirm.
