Add comments, documents, or assign an indicator

Adding comments and documents is a way to provide additional information to an assessment response. You may be asked to provide documentation in order to present more evidence. You can choose to assign an indicator to a colleague to provide a more in depth and accurate answer. This feature adds the assignee as an account to your profile.

Add comments

  1. Click the overflow icon to the right of the question text in the assessment.
  2. Click Add comments.
  3. The Comments box is displayed below the indicator text.

  4. Type your comments in the box.

  1. Click the overflow icon to the right of the question text in the assessment.
  2. Click Add documentation.
  3. Choose the file from your files to upload.
  4. Your document is added to that question.

If these options do not display in the overflow menu, it means that comments or documentation uploads are not enabled for that question. Contact your requesting buyer to know more.
