Retailer Scorecard and Insights

Insights allow TSC retailers to view scores and trends of their suppliers and provide key metrics from their THESIS assessments. Insight cards will display on predefined tags.

From overall averages to score distribution, this feature is a helpful tool to get a better understanding of supplier responses.

Insights

1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner.
2. Click Insights.
3. Type the desired tag(s) in the search bar.

Multiple tags can be selected at once.

4. Insight cards are displayed according to the tag(s) entered.

Each card represents an assessment.

5. Toggle between Scores and Response to view the respective supplier responses.

   The related tags at the bottom of the insight card create a new query with the selected tag.

6. Click the upper area of the Insights card to display the Retailer Scorecard for the selected assessment.

Retailer Scorecard

1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner.
2. Click Insights.
3. Type the desired tag(s) in the search bar.

Multiple tags can be selected at once.

4. Click on the Insight card to open the Retailer Scorecard.

The overview section provides averages, year over year score distribution, and KPI scores chart.

5. Select a section on the left menu to view the section KPI details.
6. Click the overflow icon to download a PDF of the scorecard to your computer.
7. Click Suppliers at the top to view individual supplier scores and year over year trends.
