Add SupplyShift to your safe senders list

Occasionally, our system emails may get flagged as spam or filtered into junk folders in corporate inboxes. This article guides you through how to add SupplyShift to your list of safe senders based on your email provider.

Gmail

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of Gmail, and click See all settings at the top of the settings panel.
  2. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  3. Click on the Create a New Filter link.
  4. A blank form appears.

  5. In the From field, enter "@mail.supplyshift.net" and "@supplyshift.net".
  6. Click Create filter in the bottom left corner of the form.
  7. An options menu appears.

  8. Check the box for “Never send it to Spam".
  9. Check the box for "Categorize as" and select Primary from the drop-down list.
  10. Click Create filter.

Outlook Web App

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right hand corner.
  2. Click View all Outlook settings.
  3. Select Junk email.
  4. Scroll down to Safe senders and domains.
  5. Click + Add.
  6. In the box that appears, enter "mail.supplyshift.net" and "supplyshift.net".
  7. Do not include the @ symbol.

  8. Press the enter key to confirm.
  9. Click Save.

Outlook Desktop App

  1. Right click on any email in your inbox.
  2. Select Junk.
  3. Select Junk email options.
  4. The Junk email options window displays.

  5. Click on the Safe senders tab.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Type in "mail.supplyshift.net" and "supplyshift.net" and click OK.
  8. Do not include the @ symbol.

  9. Click "Apply" in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
  10. Click OK.

Yahoo

  1. Click Settings in the top right corner.
  2. Click More Settings at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Click Filters in the left side bar.
  4. Click Add new filters and give your filter a name.
  5. Under Set Rules, select Contains and enter "@supplyshift.net" and "@mail.supplyshift.net" for the filter value.
  6. Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox from the drop-down.
  7. Click save.
