This article covers browser and system requirements to ensure the stability of the SupplyShift platform on your machine.

Recommended Browsers

We recommend using SupplyShift on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.

As Microsoft continues to end support for the final version of its 2013 browser Internet Explorer 11, SupplyShift is encouraging users to migrate to the browsers listed above to ensure a stable experience on our platform.

Google Chrome

System requirements for Google Chrome:

Windows

  • Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or later
  • An Intel Pentium 4 processor or later that's SSE3 capable

Mac

  • OS X El Capitan 10.11 or later

Linux

  • 64-bit Ubuntu 14.04+, Debian 8+, openSUSE 13.3, or Fedora Linux 24+
  • An Intel Pentium 4 processor or later that's SSE3 capable

Firefox

System requirements for Firefox:

  • Pentium 4 or newer processor that supports SSE2

Mac

  • MacOS Sierra 10.12 or later

  • X.Org 1.0 or higher (1.7 or higher is recommended)
  • libstdc++ 4.8.1 or higher
  • glibc 2.17 or higher

Microsoft Edge

System requirements for Microsoft Edge:

Mac

  • MacOS Sierra 10.12 or later

Screen Resolution

The system functions on any modern screen, but we recommend standard resolutions somewhere between 1280 and 1920 pixels.

We also recommend setting the zoom at 100% for optimal viewing.
