How do I access SupplyShift?

There are multiple way you can access the SupplyShift platform. This article shows you how to access the platform with a link, as well as how to log in with an access code.

The first step to accessing the SupplyShift platform begins with a link in an email from SupplyShift. You are receiving an email from SupplyShift because the company to which you supply is requesting information.

The link in this email can only be used once. Do not forward the email with the link to your colleagues. Access the platform by clicking the link, create your own account, then add colleagues to your company profile. Learn how to create accounts here.

  1. Click 'click here' located in the green box at the bottom of the email.

    2. You are directed to SupplyShift's account creation page.

    'Click here' to access the platform.

If you are the first person from your company to access the SupplyShift platform

  1. Enter your company information.
  2. Enter your personal information.

    3. Every user in your company profile needs to have their own contact information.

  3. Create a username and password for your SupplyShift account.
  4. Click Submit

If you are not the first person from your company to access the SupplyShift platform

  1. Enter your personal information.
  2. Create a username and password for your SupplyShift account.
  3. Click Submit.

Your password must contain at least 8 characters, a capital letter, a number, and a symbol.

Log in with an access code

Companies can give you access to respond to their requests via an access code. Follow the steps below to use the access code you have purchased or been given.

Click here if you already have a SupplyShift account. If you do not have an account, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the SupplyShift Login Portal.

  2. Click I Have An Access Code

  1. Enter your access code
  2. Click Submit

If you receive an error and your code is not working, confirm that every character is correct and there are no spaces before or after the code number. If you continue to have login issues, contact supplyshift-support@sphera.com.

  1. Click Create Account.
  2. Enter your information in the fields provided.
  3. Click Continue.

How to use Access Code if you already have a SupplyShift account.

  1. Log in using the SupplyShift Login Portal.
  2. Click Access Code on the left sidebar menu.

If you receive an error and your code is not working, confirm that every character is correct and there are no spaces before or after the code number. If you continue to have login issues, contact supplyshift-support@sphera.com.

  1. Click Open Request to view your new assessment.
