Where can I find THESIS information?

With your yearly license to the THESIS platform, you have access to the entire library of THESIS assessments. You can add additional assessments to your profile at no extra cost. 

Equip your team to respond more completely to your retail customers, develop insights about the products you sell, and act on sustainability data to drive improvement across your entire supply chain.

The Help Desk at The Sustainability Consortium can assist you with THESIS content-related questions (e.g., selecting the appropriate assessment, clarifications on the scope and key performance indicators, supplier support resources, etc). Renew your THESIS license

In order to successfully select and submit your THESIS assessments, you must renew your THESIS license.

  1. Click Renew after logging into THESIS to start the onboarding process.

    If you decide to skip the renewal process, you will be able to view your previous assessments. However, you will not be able to select THESIS assessments for the current period.

  2. Begin selecting your THESIS assessments by using the Assessment Selection list.

To start your renewal process, after clicking Skip for now, click THESIS on the left-side menu then select Renew.

Add THESIS assessments

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. Click THESIS.
  3. Click the sign on the right.

  1. Search for assessments using keywords related to your products' category.
  2. Select the appropriate assessments to add to your profile.

  1. Click Next to add the assessment.

Download receipts

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. Click THESIS.
  3. Click Receipts.
  4. Select the receipt you want to download.

  1. Click Download on the bottom right.

    The receipt is downloaded as a PDF to your computer.

Add retailer(s) to your profile

Before sharing assessments, you need to select additional retailers found in the THESIS menu.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. Click THESIS.
  3. Navigate to the RETAILERS tab.
  4. Select any additional participating retailers.
  5. Sam's Club and Walmart require a Reference ID number.

If you have already selected/submitted your THESIS assessments but need to add an additional retailer, you can follow the steps below. Please note that this is a two-step process and you first need to add the retailer to your profile, then select that retailer, per assessment, to share your results.

Now that you have selected additional retailer(s), it's time to assign them to the assessment(s) you want to share.

To share your results with your retailer, follow one of these two methods:

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. Click THESIS.
  3. Click the assessment you want to share.
  4. Select the retailer(s) with whom you want to share your assessment.

  1. Click "Save" to share your assessment.

Share from assessment

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. Click Responses.
  3. Click the assessment you want to share.
  4. Navigate to cover page under ASSESSMENT tab.

  1. Click the pencil icon next to "Recipients".
  2. Add additional retailers by clicking their name.

    A checkmark is displayed next to the added retailer.

  1. Click "Save" to share your assessment.
