I want to export an assessment

Whether you want to send or have received an assessment request, you may need to share a copy with your colleagues. SupplyShift allows you to export assessments in Microsoft Word or Excel format.

Export an assessment

Download an assessment as a Word document that your team can share internally. This document contains the assessment without any response data.

  1. Click the menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Click Assessments.
  3. Select the assessment you want to export.
  4. You can export sent or unsent assessments.

  5. Click Questions.
  6. Click Export.
  7. A Word document downloads to your computer.

Export supplier assessment response data

Download a submitted assessment as a Word or Excel document that contains response data.

  1. Click the menu icon  in the top left corner.
  2. Click Suppliers.
  3. Select a supplier.
  4. Click Assessments.
  5. Select a submitted assessment.
  6. Only assessments that have been submitted can be exported.

  7. Click Export.

  1. Select either Word or Excel based on preferred format.
  2. The Attention dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click Ok.
  4. An email is sent to you containing the export file in the selected format. You can update the email address in Profile, if necessary.

Documents within an exported spreadsheet expire after one month. Re-export the spreadsheet to have continued offline access.

Export an assessment with your responses

Download an assessment you have received as a Word or Excel document that can be shared with your team. Note that if responses have been entered into the assessment, these will display in the file.

  1. Click the menu icon  in the top left corner.
  2. Click Responses.
  3. Select an assessment.
  4. Click Export.

  1. Select either Word or Excel based on preferred format.
  2. The Attention dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click Ok.
  4. An email is sent to you containing the export file in the selected format. You can update the email address in Profile, if necessary.
