Preload site or product responses

In a site or product assessment request, you may want to give the same answers to multiple sites or products. To save time responding, you can preload responses from the first site or product you have answered.

Respond to one site or product

  1. Click the menu icon  in the top left corner.
  2. Click Responses.
  3. Click the assessment for which you would like to respond.

  1. Review the Cover page for guidance or segments (if applicable).
  2. Click Continue.
  3. If the Ownership page displays, select the Ownership option that applies to your company.

    4. This page is only shown if the assessment is sent to you as a multi-tier assessment. If you do not own all or some, you also need to forward the assessment. Read how to forward to learn more.

  1. Click Continue.

    2. The answering page displays Your sites or Your products menu.

  2. Select only one site or product for which to provide responses.

    3. You can add the rest of the sites or products after you complete entering responses for the first one. More on how to add or manage sites and products.

  3. Click Continue.

    4. The assessment opens with only one site or product in the app bar drop-down.

  1. Answer all the questions for this site or product. Do not click Submit.

Responses must be 100% complete for additional sites or products to preload with these responses.

Select more sites or products

  1. Click the X button next to Answering in the left corner of the app bar.

    2. The Answering page and the Your sites or Your products menu is displayed.

  2. Select the boxes next to the names of the additional sites or products for which you still need to provide answers.

  1. Click Continue.

    2. The assessment is displayed. The added selected sites or products now appear in the app bar drop-down.

Confirm, edit, and submit

  1. Select an added site or product in the drop-down to review pre-populated responses and comments.

    2. The progress wheel returns to 0% and preloads with the current date next to the indicator title.

  1. Click Confirm on individual indicators or for all indicators to confirm that the preloaded responses are accurate for that product or site.

    2. You can also change responses for that site or product.

  2. Click Update Answers if the responses are preloaded but are from a previous reporting period in order to preload the answers you gave in the first site or product.

    3. If you have answered this assessment in previous reporting periods, responses are populated with your most recent submission responses.

  3. Click Submit once each site or product is 100% complete.

    4. The Confirm response dialog is displayed.

If any indicators have not been answered, a dialog is displayed with a list of unanswered indicators. Select an indicator from the list to open it. Once all indicators are answered, click Submit.

  1. Click Submit.

    2. You cannot make changes after the survey is submitted.
